Hi everyone,

Just want to provide an update to the 275 supporters of this petition. I'm grateful for your support. 

I'm hoping to transition to a new communication format which allows people a more robust vehicle to learn and interact. 

Written words only go so far. 

We are in deep shit as a species. Our survival is not necessarily a logical conclusion. So the approach to achieve survival might not be that logical either. 

I'm going to try some things that many people have counseled me not to do. But when I ask them what they recommend .... they shrug their shoulders. They don't concern themselves with the survival of their species. They only concern themselves with their own survival and perhaps a few dozen people who are important to them. 

It's impossible to provide good counsel on what is appropriate for species survival if one never actually considers them to have any relationship with their species to begin with. 

We're all family. We all have a common ancestor. We all share this planet and our fates are all intertwined. Personal liberty and the cult of "self" are an illusion. We are a herd and we will either live together or die together. 

Individually .... we all die. The question is whether the herd will go on. Or not. 

I have kids in the herd. I'm not neutral. I have friends with no kids. They don't give a shit about whether the herd expires. The herd needs to understand this. And maybe those people who don't care about the survival of the herd should expect a karmic response to their indifference about their legacy. Maybe the herd should expel them ??? 

Seems reasonable to me.
