I come to you here today to notify drastic concerns of Dollar General Store #15375 located in Franklin Park, NJ. Where employees are poorly mistreated by there manager and assistant managers that have to work in a toxic working environment such as: Managers Arguing Constantly, “Quitting on Spot and being allowed to still have a job”. Unnecessary write up documents towards employees. Because they would like to fire or have them quit without having courage to inform. Also, managers breaking code of conducts; whether it being walking out on employees, humiliating customers, bring in animals to the work force and furthermore not doing appropriate tasks that are assigned as managers.

    Employee & Customers at store #15375  would like change to happen and we need your help!!!  There has been several reports from customers that both mangers don’t show employees with respect that is needed. There has also been complaints by customers and employees that the store has been a mess from the time the store open to close. Including, sales floors, bathrooms, parking lots, etc.

Going Further, this has been brought to the company’s distract manager months ago as-well and change is still not in action.  Once again we ask you to please help us change Dollar General Store #15375 , to a more safe and healthy work place for future managers and employees.
