This is a problem that is affecting the players who enjoy using chongyun as their main, but him being a 4 star decreases the percentages of his strengths and players cannot have an exciting experience but rather a stressful one. His kit overall does him no justice at all. I observed other 5 star characters and concluded that this is a really unjust choice, power is diversed by their ratings and not by how strong the characters are being built, yes, chongyun can be strong, but that only happens when theres only especific characters and artifacts are being used. One may be able to make him hit big dmg, but it is hard to build him like that.

Chongyun deserves being a 5 star, we will make that happen, and he will achieve being an exorcist, a powerful one.
