Thank you so much, everyone. We cannot tell you how much your support means during this very difficult time. Our legal system as a whole, not just in Colorado, needs major reform to contend with abusers. Kayden’s Law was signed into federal law in 2022 by President Biden, but I don’t believe it is detailed or protective enough.

Thankfully, Colorado recently (May 27, 2026) passed House Bill 26-1309, which limits abusers from having control over children.
