Dear Boyberry Management and Community,

Boyberry is a new and exciting addition to Berlin's LGBTQ+ scene. As a fresh face in our vibrant community, it has a unique opportunity to set a precedent for inclusivity and representation right from the start. In line with our evolving understanding of gender and identity, it's crucial that community spaces like Boyberry reflect and respect the full diversity of our members, including non-binary individuals who do not identify strictly as male or female.

We propose changing the name of Boyberry to Theyberry to create a more inclusive environment that welcomes all gender identities. This proactive change would not only embrace Boyberry's role as a progressive and forward-thinking establishment but also send a powerful message of inclusivity and acceptance within our community.

Inclusivity matters. By choosing a name like Theyberry, the bar would signal to non-binary individuals that they are seen, respected, and welcome. It would help foster a sense of belonging and solidarity among all members of the LGBTQ+ community, setting a new standard for inclusivity in Berlin.

We, the undersigned, urge Boyberry to consider this important step towards inclusivity and embrace the proposed name change to Theyberry. As a new bar, Boyberry has the perfect opportunity to lead by example and become a beacon of progress and acceptance in our community.
