Change #1583 -fleet Street & Red Bear ave's dangerous bus stop location

The Issue

I'm bothered by the bus driving past me AND others at a bus stop in a field of tall weeds.  I waited to catch the same bus the last time I got missed & asked the driver what happened & been told it's because I'm not close enough to the bus sign, but I was only a foot away from it trying not to stand directly in the tall grass right where the last patch of dirt is next to the road (showed in photo on the right ) mind you while I'm waving my arm with my bus pass in my hand I'm shocked the bus didn't stop.. There is a huge construction site across the street and no sidewalks. It's an unsafe spot with no shelter, and I feel it's dangerous, especially in winter or hot summer days. The first time I got driven past at this same bus stop I waved again and stood back as every bus previously at that spot pulls of the road to the side where that blue arrow in the left photo is. She kept going and I threw my hands up just pissed, she then stopped in the middle of the road about 20ft ahead as trucks and semi's were coming up behind her honking so I walked off as I just wasn't doing that... It's just a very poorly thought out and poorly placed bus stop for the PEOPLE waiting for the bus and for ALL DRIVERS going down fleet street that don't need to be breaking behind a bus waiting for me or others running up the road that just doesn't make sense to me. Please help me change this by sharing your concerns if you know someone who takes the bus and wouldn't want them left behind in extreme weather conditions with no shelter next to a busy road. The bus stop on Fleet Street needs to be moved up more into the lane where the blue arrow is in petition picture for reasons & stop safety concerns. Passengers forced to stand near fast-moving traffic (60km/h). It needs to be moved back from the road and to have a shelter to protect us from traffic debris.

Wednesday July 24th( A VERY HOT DAY ) when I walk to the bus stop there was an older man sitting there waiting and had asked if the bus has ever missed me here because it's gone past him twice now.. my heart hurts hearing that, then I started remembering a story.. did we all forget that a bus this past winter kept going past that poor old man CALLING OUT for help on Ross Ave and ended up dying because literally no one stopped to help him when he was at a transit bus stop? It's not the same situation as I wasn't hurt and calling out for help being ignored. But the same way the two bus stops(from that sad story to this one on Redbear ave) both stops HAVE NO SHELTER and a human is AT a bus stop but no bus stops?... Let's somehow change this !!!

UPDATE AUGUST 8TH***

A concrete pad is most likely being placed here next year as that makes sense for them, but I don't think there is a way to move this stop back.  I did call today when I was missed again and had asked why some bus stop posts are yellow and some aren't , he had told me the city started that back in 2015 for visually impaired people. I get asking the city to move a bus stop might be a big ask, but I am now asking for the bare minimum!!! How hard would it really be to also make this one have a yellow post!:). For the visually impaired and for the few BUS DRIVERS to see where this stop is
