On 1/22/2018, 57 year old Professor Jay Rosenstein, having already been detained by security, brazenly walked into a bathroom at the State Farm Center while filming with his cell phone camera, attempting to catch one student changing clothes, and another, former student (whom he has a long history of harassing) using the facilities. He was arrested, and is currently on “paid administrative leave”.

This is not an acceptable solution. This man can no longer be allowed to be near students, let alone teaching them film and video techniques while he openly breaks the law and violates the privacy of innocent people at their most vulnerable. The only justice is for Jay Rosenstein to no longer have any association with students. This will happen when Chancellor Jones terminates his contract with the University of Illinois permanently and bars him from future sporting events.
