All UK citizens to have debts frozen during COVID_19 Crisis

All UK citizens to have debts frozen during COVID_19 Crisis
The Issue
We ask the UK Government to write and implement emergency legislation to ensure all those who have debts and liabilities are not required to pay them during the COVID_19 crisis and concentrate on buying and paying for essential items.
Rent payments should be given a three month holiday in line with mortgages. Credit agreements and loans should be frozen, including interest, until the country has come out of our isolation measures.
Businesses should also be protected and landlords should be made to give all businesses at least a 3 month holiday from payments. They should be allowed to concentrate on making payments to their staff to support their families.
Those with energy key cards or meters should be allowed to report their reduction in earnings and be given a maximum credit/deficit so they can still warm their homes, keep food fresh and cook for their families.
Any universal credit cases which have been suspended need to be opened and considered for review at a later date; unless fraud is suspected.
Please ensure that those on any income, but especially low incomes, are not left in more debt or worse circumstances purely because of their situation at the time of the outbreak.
