After teaching students, some for 5 years, being the only subject in the curriculum having to do the reporting of these raw marks leaves so many students confused and upset. No teacher supports this process. The current system lacks transparency and fairness, causing unnecessary stress for both students and educators. Being forced to reveal raw marks puts educators, students and parents in an uncomfortable position after working so hard to build relationships with our students. The process means that the teachers' assessment period is shortened adding extra stress to a work heavy part if the teaching calender. There seems little if any advantage to students having these scores. Many turn to past year's boundaries to make a prediction and then getting upset with the result. 

All this happens as students sit to take other examinations causing distress.

Sign this petition to urge JCQ to change their policy. This process needs to be abolished.
