Cardigan Library is a lifesaver for all our community, young and old. The library is FREE to use for educational purposes and leisure. There are computers there for people who would otherwise have not access to the internet. Above all there are BOOKS there, thousands of priceless books for all to borrow, browse, research. We need it as a community.
