Thank you everyone for your support; we are only a few signatures away from 300! And what a result in only 2 days!!

Council finally sent me an email this morning advising that they have forwarded my enquiry to the Animal Companion Team; which of course is not the correct department I need and another reason why I was not happy with being referred to the generic email, when apparently they have spoken to the ‘Insurance & Risk’ team about my case and they have requested I send them my vet bills for review (not promising anything). It has almost taken a week to have my email sent to the wrong department. Frustrating is an understatement. 

Hopefully this petition will make a difference as I have been overwhelmed with all the support and deeply thank everyone for signing and sharing.
