Audit of accounts of NGOs linked with AAP party
The Issue
Hello All,
Let us at the outset introduce ourselves as responsible citizens of India who wants audit of NGOs linked with AAP party convenors. We have seen that a new party aam aadmi party emerged in Delhi with a lot of prmoises.
The AAP governement of 49 days has shown only misgovernance, stopped all projects of development, Hasn't done anything on corruption as they claimed and took decisions such as waiver of penalty as well as half of electricity bills for 24000 people in east delhi where arwind kejriwal did his demonstration. To support his tainted minister and cover up midnight raid drama they ended up disrupting Republic day parades. Desision do not any social or economic sense and it looks more of a drama to than anything else.
AAP party claims that there revenue/funding is through donations which is listed on thier website. We have strong doubts on membership till the time we dont see PAN number/identification numbers/Phone numbvers of individuals on the list- how can we be sure that really that members exist. Eg: there have been reports of Mahatma Gandhi to be the member, We have seen Lal Bahadur Shastri, Narendra Modi and Rahul Gandhi as well to be members of AAP. We believe there is diversion of funds from NGOs Kabir and Parivartan into AAP activities. One of the top countries/areas from where funding has been recieved is Arab Countries.
On than revenue/funding issue, there have been lots of questions about AAP being funded through sampoorn parivartan NGO (Kejriwals') and Kabir (Sisodia's). There has been strong doubts raised on ford funding of Parivartan and Kabir NGOs. We were suprised to note from media that Cash book of Kabir went missing for 3 years?
We are lot more uncertain about their expenditure as well. Where are they spending there money and if there spend is more than revenue? Other than income and expenditure, i am suprised that there are so many offices that AAP has been able to open in such short span of time. if they are rented/donated/owned shoudl be checked as well.
A question may arise that why we want to seek a petition on new party. I was actually overwhelmed by the response they got in delhi and was hopeful for big changes but the ill intention of top notch of AAP with kejriwal and sisodia making loads of nonsense daily in Delhi, moved to make sure that people in India are not made fools. I am very sure next move of AAP would be mass resignations of MLAs in delhi. We have seen founder members Ashwini Kumar Upadhyaya claiming that AAP has CIA links which is threat to National Security and should be examined with utmost dilligence.
The behaviour of party shows traits of creating social unrest than to do any good for politics or society at large. Thought process suggests that those who claims to be most clean should come out clean.
They claimed to be party of common man but the way they are giving tickets to khaas aadmi makes me think that they r just like anyone else. We Indians unite together irresepective of religions and caste. We have a that they are not transparent as they dont reply to RTIs and do all meetings in closed doors. I am disturbed by their views on Kashmir, Naxalites, and on National security issues.
We shall not let them dupe and shall make our request heard. I was one of those who attended Anna's protest in ramleela maidan and want our country to focus on development as we do have stiff competition from China, we do have security threats from pakistan and we have to be best in world to make sure no body can take us for granted. I Seek a strong leadership in India.
I urge even AAP supporters to sign the petition and dont be blind supporters. You should makes ure they are not being funded wrongly. For AAP supporters i would say you should sign it in interest of India. We all know what are teh views of Kamal Mitra Chenoy and prashant Bhushan on kashmir and with Naxalites symathiser Soni Sorin and wanted naxalite Sabyasachi joining the party raises lots of questions as well. Let us all make sure we are not made fools.
We request Elections commission, CAG and CBDT to audit the financials of AAP party, NGO Parivartan (erstwhile Sampoorna parivartan - convenor being Arvind kejriwal) and NGO Kabir (convenor being Manish Sisodia) if allowed we would like Institute of Chartered Accountants of India representatives as well to be part of audit team.
