Austex Dumpster Rental LLC has been operating a commercial "major trash transfer" facility/business in the residential neighborhood of Escondido Estates for roughly 6 years. 

In this time the operation has expanded to encompass both 346 and 360 Escondido Drive, Del Valle, TX 78617. This commercial operation has brought excessive noise, traffic and insects to our quiet, deed- restricted (no commercial businesses) neighborhood, in addition to diminishing our property values. We believe that Austex Dumpster Rental’s activities are in violation of the property’s deed restrictions, state noise ordinances and nuisance neighbor laws. To hear the owner tell it we all love him and his noise and trash... He threw two other land owners under the bus by trying to say their granite storage was the equivalent to him and his huge commercial operation where 15+ employees and cars so up and work 16+ hours daily..  

It is our goal, with this petition, to stop all commercial activities of Austex Dumpster Rental LLC located in Escondido Estates. We want to see an injunction and cease and desist be ordered by the court of local jurisdiction and require Austex to remove all commercial operations and materials from the neighborhood.
