Personal property tax(es) is thievery on the government and states part, believing they deserve to be compensated for land, housing, and transportation that someone buys. We pay more taxes than anyone should have to. Whether it be land, housing, or transportation we the people that work for our paychecks have a hard enough time making a living and having to pay these taxes more than what we should have to is not helping. Taxes should ONLY HAVE TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE, and NOT EVERY DAMN YEAR AFTER, once purchased it is owned. Once it is owned taxes need to cease and desist. So that people can carry on with living their lives, and not worry if they are going to be able to afford these outdated, over used, thievery taxes the following year or not. When people have a hard time as it is earning enough to buy groceries, pay bills, try affording the upkeep on the property they own, and the ever unexpected medical costs, with or without medical insurance. After the initial purchase, of any kind of property, taxes just get in the way of living and cause to much stress in people's lives.
