I am doing this petition as a lovely, kind, caring woman was attacked in broad daylight today for no reason what so ever. She was just out walking her dog. If this can happen in daylight and the criminal is still walking the streets makes me sick and worried to leave my own home. Alot of public use the cycle path from Lancaster to Morecambe. Cctv is a must in there. Please let us get as many signatures as we can please.
