The transfer petition will be raised before the CJI at the Supreme court on 25 July at 2 PM. Our lawyers will strongly oppose request to transfer. The case is already in such an advanced stage in AP High Court, and 2 weeks back the SC had itself decided that the case should first be decided by a High Court. Remember the transfer was sought by CBSE basically because they knew would end up losing before the AP High Court, hence to get a delay they have pleaded to let them transfer it to the Supreme Court.
