So CBSE has promised to file for transfer of cases to the SC. Now the case stands at this, we will be there at the hearing when the SC bench will hear their plea. This is expected to happen either on Monday or Tuesday. We will either support it or oppose it. We are still in discussions. If there is no stay on the AP High court hearing till thursday next week, the Hon High court of AP will go ahead and start hearing the case on an urgent basis every working day of the week at 2.15 PM till the time it delivers the judgement. So its going to be an interesting week ahead. Lots of people are worried that classes will start and nothing much may probably happen now. I can only say that we are doing all we can, and we are hopeful that this years students will get justice. If a judgement can be passed before Aug 15, anything is possible. Keep your fingers crossed.
