A lot of people are getting confused as to what happened last week in the Supreme Court when we had our hearing there. The SC was of the view that since the case is already there in multiple high courts and in advanced stages in some of them, let the decision of one of the high courts come and then if we wish we can go ahead and challenge it there. Also, they understood the case in depth in the one hour hearing and after understanding the merits of the case, they kept the final powers with themselves, but allowed a High Court to judge first. Now however, since there are so many HC cases, CBSE is taking the case to the SC by end of this week. Hence do not worry about any adverse effect of last week because nothing adverse was said.
