In another recent development two separate cases came up for Hearing at Hyderabad High Court on 05th July 2013. The two separate petitions filed by Master Yash Mehrotra S/o Mr Neeraj Mehrotra and Master V. Venkat Sai Anurag S/o V. Upendernath have challenged the answer keys of CBSE for the online exam held on 23 Apr 2013. As per the writ petition filed in the High Court the JEE aspirants have claimed that CBSE has erred in checking their answers of five questions. The students have prayed to the Hyderabad High Court to direct the CBSE authorities to award them marks for these questions and revise their ranking. The High Court has directed the CBSE to file a reply within seven days.
