This past week was about holding Facebook accountable for ongoing violations of their own terms of service.  As with the FTC complaint we filed in February 2020 against Google, the team at the Georgetown University Civil Rights Law Clinic put it all together and laid it out for the world to see.  

This action is the only recourse we currently have, thanks to the unconscionable refusal by Gray Television to grant co-copyright.  It’s clear that while Gray has it in its power to do the right thing, they have decided to stand with platforms that subject families to cruel abuse.  

But today, I want to spotlight the warriors at Georgetown Law for the effort and steadfast support they have given me over the last five years.  Take a look at these warriors and I hope you’ll come away with the same admiration for them that I hold.  

Thanks to your overwhelming support, we’re not close to being done with Gray Television.  We have more planned for them in the coming days, and I’ll keep you posted.
