If you have not heard, 7 police/sheriff's offices in NH have now signed contracts with the Federal Government to work for the UnConstitutionally acting ICE Army:
"The 287(g) program allows ICE — through the delegation of specified immigration officer duties — to enhance collaboration with state and local law enforcement partners to protect the homeland through the arrest and removal of aliens who undermine the safety of our nation’s communities and the integrity of U.S. immigration laws."
These are the already approved NH contracts:
Belknap County Sheriff's Office
Colebrook Police Department
Gorham Police Department
Grafton County Sheriff's Office
Ossipee Police Department
Pittsburgh Police Department
Troy Police
These are the Pending Applications:
Candia Police Department
New Hampshire State Police
Rockingham County Sheriff's Office
We must make sure our Carroll County Commissioners understand that we do not want to utilize our resources to participate in any UnConstitutional Government Activities.
Please show up and consider telling one story about unlawful detainment, and how we should not force our officers to be deputized into participating in illegal government activities.
We are on the agenda at 9:00 am.

Hello Fellow Concerned Citizens!
We are on the Agenda for the County Commissioners' meeting this coming Monday, April 28, 2005 at 9:00AM. I will get there early if anyone wants to come and talk before the start of the meeting. Even if you don’t want to speak, just being there shows our leaders that we are concerned.
I have invited Sheriff Richari to attend. As an elected official, Richardi holds no public meetings, nor does he seek input from our county citizens. My personal logical ask will be for the Commissioners to look at this fiscally. As a group, I feel strongly that we need people to discuss due process, and give real life stories of what is happening around our country. My own story from October 9, 2023, with the Trump caravan will probably be my heart approach before the ask of the commissioners to write the Sheriff’s office about the fiscal impacts of the 287(g) Program in Carroll County, and how that program infringes on our Constitutional Rights.
I had a very informative long discussion with Sheriff Richardi, and this issue coupled with the now 365 cancelled Justice Department Grants, needs to be in our public discourse as they are pressing issues. I have reached out to Chuck Henderson at Shaheen’s office to see how much funding our county will be losing in grants as Joe Kenney and Richardi could not answer the question.
After speaking with Sheriff Richardi, here are my concerns:
Richardi called students on Visas at Brewster, and undocumented persons, “a person like that” all through our over 45 minute conversation. He stated that joining the 287(g) Program is “possible down the road”. He said “if had more bodies may consider it.”
The conversation was heavily pushed in the direction that Carroll County will indeed comply with Governor Ayotte’s February 27th letter to have all our law enforcement "cooperating with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through agreements under section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act”.
Our voices need to be heard in a public meeting and on record. We already have a system in place to arrest criminals, and if needed, to turn said criminals over to Federal Authorities.
We are more than a sign on a corner or a facebook post… we are an army for good when we come together, show up, and dictate policy at the mic.
Please don’t wait until we no longer have a voice. We need to use our voices now while we still can!
See you Monday morning at about 8:15am at 10 County Farm Road in Ossipee. The Annex is the small brick building behind the County Nursing Home.
Resist!
