Carers are described as the back bone of the nhs.

but we are disposable employees in the real world 

carers need job security alike nhs staff 

Employees for the nhs get full pay if off sick/isolating in this current epidemic.

 Support is always prioritised to nhs staff and the carers who are battling to keep people safe and healthy at home are forgotten about, unless something goes wrong then we get slated. No one realise the good work a carer does

supermarkets opening just for nhs staff 

care workers who often work longer shifts and that work over the 48 hour week have to shop when the shelves are bare.

care workers are working mostly with the most vulnerable people in society. care-worker should be tested for covid-19 in-line with nhs staff 

carers are classes as unskilled, if people saw the amount of training we have to go through on a continuous basis. You’d be thinking differently

the government need to realise how vital we are for the nation at pay in comparison

the strain that being a carer puts on life, family, our own mental and physical state.
