Thanks to everyone, the township of Flushing in Michigan still has a caregiver program. Patients can still get their medicine. People showing up and working with the board helped keep us from a terrible ordinance. We did get an ordinance, however at this time it is livable. Other municipalities are not so lucky. Wins on the ordinance *We have no land requirement *No amp max *No random inspections or plant count **We added a confidentially clause to protect the caregiver. The state of Michigan is coming after CAREGIVERS with a set of bills. HB 5300, 5301 and 5302 will take caregivers from 5 patients to 1. We need everyone to write their reps in Michigan. Let's save the MMMA. Again, thank you for the support in Flushing township. ✌️
