The new caregiver draft Flushing township created is total garbage. They are going to ban caregivers. Time to protest the hell out of them.

Meeting was terrible. They rewrote the draft and didn't include any changes we made. They took the 5 acres down to 2 acres, banned outdoor growing, and think that any township staff can inspect your property when ever they want. You'll also need to purchase a permit through to township to grow and submit a floor plan.

The trustees will vote for this on Thursday at the in person meeting. Supervisor Thorsby said he's not tabling it �

This will get passed Thursday with the board of trustees. Be at the Flushing township office at 7pm on Thursday!

��� If you care at all about your rights you will be at that meeting on Thursday and make your case��

Next steps will be to appeal to the board on Thursday. If it passes, there will be 1. A recall effort ; 2. A voter referendum; 3. A supreme court lawsuit at the tax payers expense;(Sorry, show up Thursday @7pm)

Bill Mills who was the one who called for this committee Eric, Buddy and myself) was the tie breaking vote on this unconstitutional ordinance. No more mr. Nice guy with these people. Bring everyone you know on Thursday to the Flushing township office at 7pm.
