I can't believe in the last couple of months since I met with the Interim Superintendent, how many of you have signed my petition! We are now just shy of 7,500 signatures- amazing!! I can't thank everyone enough for getting the word out. The US National Park Service is going through a difficult time right now, but Cape Cod National Seashore has found a new Superintendent who is set to take over in April. He brings with him a youthful energy, a fresh perspective, and hopefully an open mind for kitesurfing as a healthful and beneficial recreational activity. He was previously the Superintendent in Key Biscayne, FL where kiteboarding is popular & flourishing. I have not had the opportunity to meet with him yet, and wonder if any of my supporters from Biscayne, FL might have had some experience discussing kiting with him? Please post a comment below if you have. With any luck, maybe by the time I meet with him in a couple of months we'll be up to 10,000 signatures! Thank you all!
