NPS is in charge of managing Cape Cod National Seashore and they have decided this is how they want to receive comments directly about kitesurfing and changing the Seashore ban. While they have admitted they are only allowing this because of the lawsuit, it becomes even more important for you to submit even a short comment advocating for allowing kitesurfing. They do not want to have to change the ban, so we need to see their inbox overwhelmed with comments requesting some access for year round kitesurfing. And even if you don't kitesurf, simply stating how much you enjoy seeing it and appreciate the sustainability and the lack of any real negative impact this wind and watersport has on the environment.
