The library is shutting for Easter between the 17th and 22nd of April. Although we understand the library traditionally closes for the Easter break, it will inconvenience third year students as the majority of our dissertations are due between the 22nd and 25th of April, which means effectively we will have to get them finished a week before the actual deadline in order to allow enough time to get them printed and bound. Signing this petition will hopefully either 1) Keep the library open during this critical period, or 2) Persuade university departments to extend dissertation deadlines by the five days students will lose due to the library closure.
