PG&E Agrees to Temporarily Stop Cutting Down Trees in Concord

The theme here seems to be that PG&E does not want to abide by environmental laws. Also, there is no proof that the trees harm the pipes. Quite the contrary; removing the trees is more dangerous to the pipes.
