Coach Vitor Estevam De Mello Souza has been an incredible part of my gym experience at Mall04 UFC Gym in Pearl, Qatar. He is not only an inspiring and knowledgeable coach but also a motivating figure who brings out the best in each of his students. I know many others who feel the same way.

Nobody should be penalized unfairly, especially someone as dedicated and respected as Coach Vitor. His termination is purportedly due to a single incident with one student, but the impact he has had on countless members and the broader gym community should not be overshadowed by this isolated event.

Coach Vitor’s exemplary work ethic and positive attitude have consistently contributed to a supportive and empowering environment at our gym. It is unjust to let one situation determine his fate after all the hard work and dedication he has invested.

Furthermore, terminating Coach Vitor based on this solitary incident risks setting a precedent that individual complaints, regardless of their context, hold more weight than an employee's overall contribution and positive influence—a precedent that could undermine the trust and community spirit within our gym.
