Like many here, I view my home as an important investment -- an asset that I should be able to enjoy without undue financial or personal hardship. We are beleaguered by high electricity costs, undeveloped maintenance processes, an unsecured entrance gate, and unpaid levies. It is becoming increasingly difficult to manage these conditions, much less thrive in them.
