Law abiding citizens deserve the right to Democracy in Canada.

According to the Canada Human Rights: 

Section 21:

1) Everyone has the right to take part in the government of his country, directly or through freely chosen representatives.

However, PM Justin Trudeau has enforced legislation without it being approved through the House of Commons.

Therefore Justin Trudeau has not followed the Parliamentary Process and should accept the repercussions for his actions.
