Kwey, It has been over 2 weeks since my time in Ontario Superior Court. I have been informed that the judge can take as long as 6 months to 1 year to make her decision regarding my section 15 Charter challenge. I managed to gather a few of the radio show sound podcasts and post them on my personal website. Here they are here: Gehl, Lynn. "Unknown and Unstated Paternity and the Indian Act." NEWSTALK 1010 CFRB with Jim Richards. October 28, 2014. http://www.lynngehl.com/newstalk-1010.html Gehl, Lynn. "Unknown and Unstated Paternity and the Indian Act." Groundwire CFRU Guelph with Jessie Winokur. October 27, 2014. http://www.lynngehl.com/groundwire-cfru-guelph.html Gehl, Lynn. "Unknown and Unstated Paternity and the Indian Act." CBC with Maureen Brosnahan. October 20, 2014. http://www.lynngehl.com/cbc.html As a measure to raise funds to support the work I am doing on unknown and unstated paternity I have published Mkadengwe which talks about the long-time sex discrimination in the Indian Act. This is a special book in that it is written for community members, new learners of colonization, and persons with disabilities. It has a larger font, short chapters, and many photographs of several events such as the 20th anniversary protest of the Bill C 31 in 2005 and Marche Amun in 2011. Here are the links where it can be purchased: Canada: http://www.lynngehl.com/my-3rd-book-mkadengwe.html US and International: http://www.amazon.com/Mkadengwe-Sharing-Canadas-Colonial-Methodology/dp/0988157810/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1415841822&sr=8-1&keywords=mkadengwe In Canada this book sells for $19.95 shipping included. For US and International the price is a low as $16.16 plus shipping. This gift giving season support a good cause and purchase Mkadengwe. FYI - you may have to copy and past the link address into your browser. Miigwetch, Lynn Gehl
