MLA Brodie continues to lash out at VSB over the cancellation of her "non-partisan" event. On Monday, she posted a video and multiple other posts ranting about how they cancelled her event, violating her freedom of speech. She said that VSB is a "subordinate body to the provincial government" as if this somehow means they should not follow their own policies. The only problem is on the SAME day, her social media still had a post saying that one of the topics of the event was the "OneBC vision and platform." Oops.

That doesn't sound non-partisan to us.

"Maybe ban the natives from showing up and causing trouble"

"Commies love the 'safety' thing"

Based on a photo of the current VSB trustees- who are all highly qualified elected officials- her supporters also felt that they must be "DEI hires" and that the photo supports the "population displacement theory," which is a far-right, white supremacist, anti-immigrant conspiracy theory.

It says a lot about her beliefs and who she is that her team didn't remove these disgustingly racist comments from their supporters. But we aren't surprised! They are stoking these flames every day.
