Dear Fellow Humans,

Today, we are gathered to address a pressing issue causing great harm and injustice in our society: the Australian deportation laws. These laws have been implemented to protect our borders and ensure our country's safety. However, in practice, they have led to countless cases of unfair treatment and violation of human rights.

The current deportation laws in Australia allow for the removal of individuals deemed to be a threat to national security or who have committed criminal offences. While it is important to protect our country from potential harm, the way in which these laws are being enforced is profoundly flawed and discriminatory.

Many individuals who are facing deportation have lived in Australia for years, have built lives here, and have families who depend on them. They may have made mistakes in the past, but they have served their time and paid their dues to society.

We cannot allow these injustices to continue. We must come together as a community to demand change and push for a more humane and just approach to immigration and deportation. We call on the Australian government to REPEAL the deportation laws and respect human rights.

Please join us in signing this petition to show your support for those who the Australian deportation laws have unjustly targeted. Together, we can make a difference and work towards a more inclusive and compassionate world.

Upon getting 20,000 signatures to hold a 'Take Note Debate', this petition will be delivered to the government. We need the world to participate. STOP SEPARATING FAMILIES. BRING THE MOTHERS, FATHERS, CHILDREN, BROTHERS, AND SISTERS BACK TOGETHER—STOP THE PAIN!!!

Your signature could make a real difference in a family’s life.

What we can do WITH YOUR SUPPORT:

WE ARE THE HUMAN RACE

The legislation will be challenged in court because it is unconstitutional and violates international human rights standards.

Require the Australian Parliament to pass new legislation to repeal the 501 deportation laws.

Activists and affected individuals will mobilise public support to pressure the government to change the legislation.

The concept of borders and VISA restrictions goes against the fundamental idea of freedom of movement.

As inhabitants of planet Earth, we should have the right to explore and experience different cultures and environments without being hindered by bureaucratic barriers.

By allowing people to travel freely, we can foster greater cooperation and collaboration between nations.

VISA restrictions are discriminatory and arbitrary, based on political considerations rather than genuine security concerns.

Thank you for your support.
