To the Honorable Members of the Parliament of Pakistan,

“And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and for those oppressed among men, women, and children…”

For over 610 days, Palestine has been turned into a graveyard for the innocent:

– Starvation used as a strategy

– Hospitals and homes turned to rubble

– Aid ships seized before reaching the oppressed

– Entire families wiped out while the world watches

• But Allah is not blind.
• The angels are not silent.
• And the Ummah is not asleep.

 

Now, the people of Pakistan look to their own Parliament — not for words, but for decisive, historic action.

 

🟢 WHAT WE DEMAND:

We, the undersigned citizens of Pakistan and members of the global Ummah, respectfully and firmly demand that the Parliament of Pakistan:

 

✅ Draft and pass a bill authorizing strategic military interventions to defend civilians in Gaza — including naval enforcement, humanitarian air corridors, and operational cooperation with Muslim nations — until conditions allow for full deployment.

 

✅ Once those conditions are met — whether through international law, humanitarian clearance, or regional agreement — Pakistan must proceed with full military deployment to defend the oppressed.

 

✅ Publicly declare that Pakistan will not remain neutral while injustice reigns and children die under siege.

 

This is not a call for aggression.

It is a call for defensive readiness, moral leadership, and spiritual responsibility — as commanded in the Qur’an and affirmed by centuries of Islamic scholarship.

 

🕌 SUPPORTED BY ISLAMIC RULING (FATWA):

This petition is not based on emotion — it is based on religious duty.

 

A verified fatwa from Darul Ifta Mu’adh bin Jabal, Karachi has declared:

 

>  The defense of Gaza is fard ‘ain — a personal obligation on all capable Muslims

– Governments with the means are Islamically obligated to act

– Supporting or voting for a government that refuses this duty is impermissible

– Remaining silent in the face of injustice is not strategy — it is sin

 

We present this fatwa not to oppose Parliament — but to strengthen it. So that it may act with the backing of both the people and the Deen.

We will stand behind you.

We will support your courage.

We will amplify your leadership.

And Allah will witness that this Ummah was not silent.
