Like many of you, Political Violence's insidious reach has touched our lives in an unimaginably tragic way. This past Saturday, a horrifying incident unfolded, leaving us with the stark repercussions of an administration's failure to act. Our former President Donald Trump was allowed to take the stage, and nearly lost his life on live television. It can only be described as a miracle that President Trump turned his head at that exact time. A brave hero, Corey Comperatore, gave his life protecting his family, an act of courage mirrored but marred by the injuries of two other patriots. A sad day for us all, a day that needn't have come had the Secret Service vigilantly taken the necessary steps on tenuous information they had in their possession.

It is the director of the Secret Service Kim Cheatle, who has displayed grave negligence and disregard for human life in her inability to prevent this assassination attempt. We strongly believe that the lack of sufficient action from her office has directly caused the injuring of former President Donald Trump, the loss of dear Corey and the injuring of two other courageous individuals, a substantial misstep that we find impossible to overlook. 

We, therefore, demand the immediate removal of Kim Cheatle from her position as Director of the Secret Service to ensure such reprehensible incidents do not recur. Let's hold our administration accountable for their negligence. Let's strive for a society that values the safety and security of its citizens above all else. We owe it to President Trump, Corey and the injured patriots and their families to demand justice and prevention of such happenings in the future.
