We call on Monmouthshire County Council to:

 1. Commission an independent safety and usability review of the completed road layout at Church Road, Caldicot;

 2. Publish a comparison between the approved scheme and the completed works;

 3. Consult residents, businesses and road users on the effectiveness of the scheme;

 4. Bring forward proposals to rectify any identified safety, accessibility or operational issues;

5. Maintain the flower beds and road furniture in accordance with the original plans.
