I want to thank every single person who has signed and shared this petition so far. Looks like in just two days we have 80 signatures.

I’ve just updated the petition to include official court data from the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts. This data is undeniable — and it clearly shows why an independent investigation is needed in Hickman County.

📊 Here’s what the numbers reveal:

Over 93% of criminal cases in our judicial district are resolved without a jury ever being seated.
Only 1.3% of cases reach trial, and just 0.3% end in acquittal.
More than half of all cases are eventually dismissed, and nearly 40% end in guilty pleas.

This is not what a healthy justice system looks like.

These numbers support exactly what we’ve been saying from the start — a system built on pressure and delay instead of transparency and due process is broken.

This is why we’re standing together to call for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to review the policies and practices of the Hickman County District Attorney’s Office.

Your voice matters. Keep sharing the petition — data like this can’t be ignored. Fair Due process cannot be denied by delays and gamesmanship.
