A huge thanks to the very many who backed the call for an EGM. Your support is what made this happen. We’re now at the decisive stage, and your proxy vote in favour of the resolution is essential. Submitting your vote is the only way to protect our members both now and going forward and restore the good standing of the club.
Please send in your proxy today so we so we can carry this momentum through to the meeting, paying close attention to the following: -
We have read comments that it is not entirely unclear how to complete form if voting by proxy.
It is therefore suggested that you:
- check that the named proxy will be in attending the meeting. If unsure, please reach out for and we will provide an alternative proxy for you to appoint.
- place a vote against all resolutions, even if it is to ‘abstain’. (otherwise your proxy / Club Chair may choose for you).
- when you email the form back to the membership secretary, please ask them to acknowledge receipt and confirm your vote is valid in accordance with the Club's requirements.
