Three Deaths. One Nation. Endless Questions.
In recent weeks, Singapore has mourned the sudden deaths of three National Servicemen:

Death 1: 9 August 2025
A young Commando collapsed during training on our nation’s 60th birthday.

Death 2: 30 June 2025
NSman, 30, dies in hospital after collapsing outside Maju Camp

Death 3: 22 June 2025
National Day Parade Rehearsal: A serviceman collapsed during preparations for our national celebration.

Three operationally fit men, gone within weeks. This is not a coincidence. This is a pattern — one that demands answers. On our National Day, their sacrifice became a painful mirror of our silence, a reminder of the elephant in the room too few dare to name.

We owe it to them, and to every Singaporean, to ask: Why?

Four Years On: Time for Accountability

Singapore, one of the most highly vaccinated nations in the world, has seen excess deaths rise in tandem with global reports of adverse events linked to the COVID-19 vaccines. Families and citizens continue to demand answers about sudden deaths, cardiac events, and lasting injuries.

For four years, doctors who spoke up have been silenced, even stripped of their licenses. Yet research — both global and local — confirms what was once dismissed: there are serious risks that must be addressed.

If we are to rebuild public trust, a National Inquiry is long overdue.

Our Belief

Our fallen soldiers — and the many Singaporeans who have died suddenly — deserve more than condolences. They deserve truth, transparency, and justice.

Our Call

We, the undersigned, call on the Government of Singapore to:

1. Establish an Independent National Inquiry into COVID-19 policies, vaccine rollouts, mandates, and excess deaths.
2. Include independent voices: civil society, doctors, legal experts, and citizen representatives must be part of the panel.
3. Publish all findings in full so Singaporeans can see the truth, unfiltered.

If the Government will not act, we the people will. A Citizens’ Inquiry will be convened, and all those who sign this petition will be informed and invited to participate in this historic effort for truth and accountability.

Background
In 2021, I launched the petition “Do Not Let Vaccination Status Divide Us.” Since then, I have faced defamation, vilification in the media, and even criminal charges — simply for speaking up.

Four years on, I continue this work at great personal sacrifice, because silence in the face of injustice is complicity.

1. Acute Myocardial Infarction and Myocarditis Following COVID-19 Vaccination

A 2021 study from Singapore reported 77 hospital admissions (35 acute myocardial infarctions, 42 myocarditis) in the three months after vaccination. Outcomes included five cases of heart failure, two cardiogenic shock, three intubations, and one death. The study urged caution and further research.

2.Post COVID-19 Vaccine Deaths - Singapore’s Early Experience

Between Feb–Jun 2021, 34 deaths within 72 hours of vaccination were referred to HSA’s Forensic Medicine Division. Though it concluded “no definite causal link,” it called for further investigation — supporting doctors’ warnings and highlighting uncertainty.

We need answers. We need accountability and most of all, we need healing from the trauma of the past 4 years.
