After decades of protecting fraud, crime and corruption in Family Courts, the politicians have finally run out of excuses to delay its investigation and shutting down.
They are now blaming lawyers charging $30,000 per day... make that more than $100,000 per day as these lawyers do not go to court alone. They have a web of corruption and are often accompanied by other expensive lawyers and barristers.
In Order to syphon hundreds and thousands of dollars, they need these webs of deception.
Why do they charge so much? Because they deliver the Orders you ask for, unconscionable, fraudulent, illegal Orders that are designed to harm and deceive innocent parents and put children in harm's way. Certainly not because they are competent at why they do as Officers of the Court, but precisely because they are corrupt and lack conscience and are in this business only to make lots of money.
How can they obtain these Orders? They know the Judges and workers in the Court. They can manipulate the Court Diary and bring in the Judge that will give them the Orders at the 11th hour.
What about the Appeal process? For anyone who has gone thru the Appeal process in Family Court, it is the most corrupt process anywhere as the Family Court Judges' Orders are examined by Family Court Judges who all know each other. Appeal Courts of Family Courts are not independent. Appeal Court Judges have raised from the same place the lawyers and judges of Family Courts come from... the bottom of the Law School straight into Family Courts evil machinery.

The fraud and corruption are so overwhelming that the politicians must now put the blame on someone clearly avoiding the perpetrators of these crimes, the judges of Family Courts. Bank accounts and financial dealings of all Family Law Firms, all judges (and their relatives), all lawyers and barristers of Family Courts and the Family Court Cartel (AFCC) MUST be criminally and forensically investigated.
