In nature, like in all human societies, when a baby is born, the families gather, celebrate the birth and protect the young. This is at the heart of every species survival... to protect its young.
The Evil of Family Courts comes directly from lawyers, judges and report-writers driving a wedge between our children and those who would protect them, their parents, their extended families and the society at large.
How?
By encouraging protracted litigations they destroy every ounce of goodwill in parents and families.
By GAG laws they keep the society in the dark about their evil conduct, that is incidentally all funded by the public, and ultimately the cost of damage to families (cradle of human life) will be paid by humanity at large.
And
Why?
On the surface, the only reason a lawyer/judge/report-writer would have any interest in a child or its family (unless they are pedophiles and that is a different aspect all together) is for financial gain. These lawyers/judges/report-writers have NO background or history of any work that has benefited our societies. They come from the lowest ranks of their profession (unable to engage in any high-level engagement in higher level thinking). They have all entered their professions NOT to help people but to make money.
But deeper reasons is that they are the foot soldiers for a profession that keeps producing lawyers and they must produce conflict in order to survive. A society that keeps producing people damaged at a very young age keeps producing work for lawyers/judges/report-writers.
Based on this alone,
1. Family Courts must shut down
2. All the perpetrators of crimes against humanity brought to justice, publicly named, shamed and humiliated because they committed these crimes knowingly abusing the unconstitutional protection laws written by lawyers/judges themselves.
3. Victims of this most evil of all evils are compensated and publicly apologised to by lawmakers and governments that prolonged the atrocities committed in Family Courts.
A family crisis must only be resolved by people who have NO financial interest in prolonging the conflict and worsening the crisis. The last people on Earth are lawyers and judges to be brought into a family crisis. The society at large must oversee that these conflicts are resolved in the best interest of the child that is ultimately in the best interest of humanity.
