Expel Tim Tran from CSUSM for sexual assault and abuse.

Expel Tim Tran from CSUSM for sexual assault and abuse.
The Issue
Tim Tran, (full legal name: Ky Gia Tran), a current third-year student at CSU San Marcos has sexually assaulted 12 women. After a social media testimony was posted, which has gained 12,000 views, 11 other women have reached out to one of the survivors regarding their experiences of being assaulted by Tim Tran.
The testimony includes content mentioning sexual assault, groping, sexual coercion, abuse, gaslighting, and non-consensual actions.
It is believed that Tim had escaped to Texas after being called out. However, while Tim Tran continues to pursue a normal life, these womxn are left terrified and traumatized for life.
If CSU San Marcos is committed to "protect all people regardless of their gender or gender identity from sex discrimination, which includes sexual harassment and violence", please pursue expulsion and immediate legal action in order to create a safe environment for all students attending CSU San Marcos. https://www.csusm.edu/safe/title9.html
