Caio Bardauil for the Director of Sports Amenities Director
The Issue
We, the undersigned, are writing to enthusiastically recommend Caio Bardauil for the Director of Sports Amenities Director position at Valencia Bonita Community.
Caio is a standout professional who combines deep technical expertise with an exceptional ability to interact with residents across all age groups and sports offered in our community.
Caio is well known among many residents from his previous employment in Valencia Bonita and as a current Director of Pickleball at Bonita Bay Sports Club. His leadership and attention to detail have been instrumental in the success of pickleball during his employment at the Bonita Bay. Bonita Bay pickleball league teams have experienced great success in both men’s & women’s teams, securing 1st &/or 2nd place each season of the Estero Winter league at all skill levels during his employment. Caio will bring this level of commitment to the Valencia Bonita Sports Amenity program.
Caio is also a highly capable and experienced tennis player having been a junior pro in Brazil and the first player to bring Wesleyan College to the US Nationals. Caio can bring this passion and dedication to the Valencia Bonita tennis community.
Among his many successes, Caio was recognized on June 5th by the RSPA (Racket Sports Professional Association) from a group of 117 participants as Professional of The Year, District 16, Lee County Fld. This recognition speaks to his level of dedication, skill, creativity, and work ethic to his fields of expertise across pickleball, tennis, and bocce.
We respectfully request that you give deliberate and careful consideration to Caio Bardauil for the position of Sports Director at Valencia Bonita. A community Sports Director with the depth of qualifications possessed by Caio is highly sought after by many of the best communities in the area to help bring additional community value and desirability. He will be a unifying presence that will grow the participation of our Sports Amenities program in our outstanding community.
