We have just learned that the BOE is going to have another public hearing, this one entitled "The Closing of Beverly Hills Elementary School" on Monday December 11, 2017 at 7pm. The hearing will be at the CCS Education Center, 4401 Old Airport Rd. Concord, NC 28025. I KNOW we are all exhausted. Last night was an incredible show of support. It was absolutely awe inspiring to be a part of. I know we thought last night was the final push...but... We absolutely NEED to show up Monday. They need to see we are not going away, and they need to hear our voices and concerns...again. This is in no way an attempt to pressure anyone who is not comfortable speaking, or anyone who has spoken before and feels they need to step back. But if you can, please email ailene.monroe@cabarrus.k12.nc.us and ask her to add you to the list of speakers. If you can't speak, please come and show support in the crowd. Whatever comes of this, we are part of such an amazing community. That is why we will keep fighting! Thank you all!!!
