For those of you who were not able to attend the meeting and aren't on Facebook I wanted to let you know that tonight the Superintendent (via the Deputy Superintendent Lynn Rhymer) recommended a newly presented - as of early last week - scenario, Scenario E. This scenario closes BHES. We are going to be coming up with specific calls to action for you all in the coming days. These may be an email blast, phone blast, etc. While this recommendation is deflating, we did see some glimmers of hope in the form of skepticism and criticism from some of the board members. We need to keep engaging the board members and let them know we are not giving up or going away. We also need to get our city leaders involved. I will be working on the Facebook ad press and the Nationwide sponsored Independent Tribune ad after Thanksgiving. When I have a specific request I will email again.
