The residents of Butler County have seen many situations that have to do with cruelty and suffering of animals.  Especially this time of year when we have frigid temperatures and they are out with no shelter.  We have no one to call and have these animals checked on to be sure of their safety!  When people call someone they are given the runaround and have no where to turn.
