Slow Down Gaglardi

Slow Down Gaglardi

One year ago, Charles Masala was struck and killed on Gaglardi Way while riding his bike. Despite being a strong advocate for bike safety, he was still killed through no actions of his own. Charles’ death could have been prevented. Separated bike lanes, barriers, speeding deterrents and education could have saved his life.
The City of Burnaby does not feel the lives of cyclists and pedestrians on Gaglardi Way is a priority. It’s up to us to make sure they learn we are a priority.
Please sign this petition to request speeding cameras and a separated bike lane for Gaglardi Way. Let’s prevent another tragedy from hitting our neighbourhood.
Thank you from the family and friends of Charles Masala. He was a man who loved much and was much loved.
