To Our Incredible Burn Community,
We can't thank you enough for your unwavering support and words of encouragement over the past several days. We're happy to share that both Katie and I have had our memberships fully reinstated without prejudice, and we’ve established a collaborative plan with Tiffany Moss, the new Operations Manager, to strengthen the member experience and overall gym operations.
As part of this effort, we’re also pleased to report that previous Facebook posting restrictions have been lifted. Members are once again welcome to post freely without pre-approval. That said, we ask everyone to continue posting respectfully and constructively, and to remember that creating positive change will take all of us working together. If you have questions or concerns around the gym management that you feel need to be heard, please reach out directly to Annemarie, Katie, Ariel, or Tiffany so we can help get them addressed.
Tiffany, as a direct conduit to Christina, has committed to strengthening communication and increasing transparency wherever possible. While there will be things that cannot be shared in full detail, you will see more frequent updates, open engagement, and opportunities to provide feedback.
Katie and Annemarie, as membership advocates, will be working closely with Tiffany to help bridge the gap between operations and member experience, and to advocate for the things our community needs to rebuild trust and restore the vibrant culture we all love.
We know there’s been a lot of uncertainty around the future of the gym—particularly concerns about whether it will actually sell and what the owner's intentions truly are. While we can’t speak for Christina directly, we do feel confident that she is actively working to sell the gym and transition ownership. That said, the process will take time, and we understand how frustrating that uncertainty can be. In the meantime, we’re focused on doing what we can, right now, to create more transparency, consistency, and responsiveness. It’s not a perfect situation—but we believe that with open communication and collective effort, we can make meaningful progress and keep this community strong while the longer-term future is determined.
Finally, we’ve decided to postpone this Saturday’s community meeting. After meeting, we felt it would be more beneficial to take a step back and better understand our shared priorities. We’ll be developing a member feedback survey that will be shared soon, giving everyone the opportunity to weigh in on what matters most to you. Ariel will be reaching out soon to coordinate a fun afternoon/happy hour for all of us to simply come together and reconnect.
Thank you again for being part of this community. Your support, resilience, and honesty are what make Burn Beachwood truly special. 💙
