Dear Burn Boot Camp Family,

We know the past few months have been challenging — and we wanted to share some concrete updates that have us feeling truly hopeful.

There’s been a lot of change with the departure of our two lead trainers. But we also see real momentum building under the leadership of Tiffany Moss, who took over as Operations Manager five months ago. She has stepped in as the main point of contact for schedules, training, resources, and communication, and she’s already created more structure, consistency, and clarity for both staff and members.

Here’s what’s improving:

Clearer communication: All updates now flow through Tiffany so nothing gets lost or left unaddressed.
Regular staff meetings: Tiffany meets with trainers and BAs monthly for updates, feedback, and accountability.

Feedback matters: Tiffany follows up directly on staff and member input, making changes when possible—or explaining why not.
Stronger connections: Tiffany is making space for one-on-one conversations with members to better hear your needs and concerns.
Community engagement: Slowly but surely, we’re planning to bring Burn back into more community events and activities. You may have already heard about the Shaker Raider Walk or Run 5K and Mile on October 11th!

We’re also excited to welcome several new trainers who bring great energy, fresh ideas, and a renewed commitment to helping every member crush their goals. It will take a few more months for everyone to fully find their rhythm, but we believe this foundation will set us up for long-term strength.

In the meantime, we are actively advocating on your behalf—pushing for incentives and ways to keep members engaged as we navigate this transition together.

To continue the open dialogue, Tiffany will be sending a Member Survey the last week of October (week of October 27) to gather your input on programming, schedules, and member experience. Your feedback will directly shape what comes next.

Most of all, we’re asking for your patience and support. Hang in there with us a little longer—we’re committed to rebuilding a stronger, more connected, and more energized community than before.

Thank you for being such an important part of our Burn family.

With gratitude,

Annemarie, Katie, and Ariel
